Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. According to our General terms & conditions, due to the fact that your platform usage creates dependencies with other users and corporate profiles, all subscriptions are not refundable and thus your account will remain fully functional for your initial payment term. Once you've canceled your subscription, you will not be charged on your recurring due date.
Is there any discount for an annual subscription?
Yes, our plans have such discount already calculated in the total price. It is approximatelly 18% standard discount. In addition, sometimes we offer additional discounts for a variety of reasons and campaigns. Check regularly to "catch the bus" of discounts.
Which payment methods do you take?
Biizey is equipped with card payments module. We usually work with al major brands and therefore, it shouldn't be a problem for 99% of all users.
